You do not have to be skilled in art to benefit from art therapy because your creative expression is your life-force expressing itself authentically.

A unique experiential therapeutic approach that blends art and psychotherapy which incorporates creative methods of expression through diverse visual arts media such as painting, collage, sculpture and so on.
Art is therapeutic and cathartic as the art therapist facilitates the witnessing and naming of sensations, emotions and thoughts; especially when they cause distress and overwhelm.
A professional that has completed a minimum two years master’s degree programme in art therapy or the equivalent
Anyone can benefit from art therapy because creative expression is an innate human drive and desire, allowing us to make meaning of our lives and the human conditions.
What I offer
Private Sessions
This one-on-one art therapeutic session is offered either in my or your home space. It is an hour long. Art materials are provided as part of the service. Special request on certain art materials could be considered.
Group Sessions
This services are provided in a small group of no more than five participants. Therapeutic art-making in groups facilitate a sense of community, building trust and rapport where art and storytelling offer an alternative visual language of communication.
